Proactive maintenance is provided using a Remote Management and Monitoring (RMM) client on each workstation and server. The RMM client provides notification of developing issues allowing for remediation before the issue can become critical. This client also provides antivirus and malware protection for workstations and servers along with local document backup on workstations.
Risk Management reporting is included for servers. Comprehensive online data backup with a local cache is also available at an additional charge for servers.
